Kullanım Koşulları

1. Hizmet

Dizi Takvimi, dizi yayın tarihlerini takip etmenize ve bildirim almanıza yardımcı olan bir uygulama ve web sitesidir. Hizmeti kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Hizmeti kullanmayınız.

2. Hesap

Hesabınızı üçüncü taraf bir sağlayıcı (Google, Apple, Facebook) ile oluşturursunuz ve hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.

3. İçerik ve doğruluk

Dizi ve bölüm bilgileri TMDB’den ve yönetim ekibimizin elle girdiği yayın akışlarından alınır. Yayın saatleri değişebilir; bilgilerin doğruluğu veya bildirimlerin zamanında ulaşması garanti edilmez. Hizmet video içeriği barındırmaz veya yayınlamaz.

Bu ürün TMDB API’sini kullanır ancak TMDB tarafından onaylanmamış veya sertifikalandırılmamıştır. İzleme sağlayıcısı verileri JustWatch tarafından sağlanır.

4. Pro abonelik

Pro, uygulama mağazaları üzerinden yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Ücretlendirme, yenileme ve iptal işlemleri Apple App Store veya Google Play kuralları çerçevesinde gerçekleşir; iade talepleri ilgili mağazaya yapılır. Ücretsiz planda takip edilebilecek dizi sayısı sınırlıdır.

5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Hizmeti kötüye kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz. Özellikle:

• Otomatik araçlarla aşırı istek göndermek veya API vekil sunucusunu başka amaçlarla kullanmak,
• Başkalarının hesaplarına veya verilerine erişmeye çalışmak,
• Yorum ve tepkilerde hakaret, nefret söylemi veya yasa dışı içerik paylaşmak yasaktır.

6. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Hizmetin kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

7. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

Dizi Takvimi is an app and website that helps you track TV show air dates and receive notifications. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You create your account through a third-party provider (Google, Apple, Facebook) and are responsible for keeping it secure. You may delete your account at any time.

3. Content and accuracy

Show and episode information comes from TMDB and from broadcast schedules entered manually by our team. Air times can change; we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information or the timely delivery of notifications. The Service does not host or stream video content.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Watch provider data by JustWatch.

4. Pro subscription

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the app stores. Billing, renewal and cancellation follow Apple App Store or Google Play rules; refund requests go to the respective store. The free plan limits the number of shows you can subscribe to.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• Send excessive automated requests or use the API proxy for other purposes,
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data,
• Post abusive, hateful or unlawful content in comments and reactions.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
