Gizlilik Politikası

1. Kapsam

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Dizi Takvimi mobil uygulaması ve web sitesi (birlikte “Hizmet”) üzerinden hangi kişisel verilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve hangi haklara sahip olduğunuzu açıklar. Hizmeti kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Topladığımız veriler

Hizmeti sunmak için yalnızca gerekli olan verileri toplarız:

• Hesap bilgileri: giriş yaptığınız sağlayıcıdan (Google, Apple, Facebook) alınan e-posta adresi, görünen ad ve varsa profil fotoğrafı.
• Cihaz bilgileri: saat dilimi, dil ve ülke tercihi (bildirim zamanlaması ve içerik dili için).
• Bildirim belirteci (push token): yalnızca bildirimleri açtıysanız, Expo Push servisi üzerinden bildirim gönderebilmek için.
• Kullanım verileri: takip ettiğiniz diziler, takip ettiğiniz tür/ülke/kişi/kanallar, izlediğiniz bölümler ve tepkileriniz, bildirim tercihleriniz, kişisel takvim bağlantınız.
• Teknik günlükler: hata ayıklama amacıyla kısa süreli tutulan, kimliği belirlenemeyen istek ve hata kayıtları.

3. Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz

Verilerinizi takviminizi oluşturmak, bölüm bildirimleri ve yeni dizi uyarıları göndermek, kişisel takvim (ICS) akışınızı sunmak, Pro aboneliğinizi doğrulamak ve Hizmeti güvenli ve çalışır tutmak için kullanırız. Verilerinizi reklam amacıyla satmayız veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız.

4. Veri işleyiciler

Hizmet aşağıdaki altyapı sağlayıcılarını kullanır; her biri yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için gereken verilere erişir:

• Supabase — veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama ve sunucu fonksiyonları (hesap ve kullanım verileri).
• Vercel — web sitesi barındırma ve TMDB vekil sunucusu (IP adresi ve istek günlükleri).
• Expo Push Notifications — mobil bildirimlerin iletilmesi (push token).
• TMDB (The Movie Database) — dizi, bölüm, kişi ve kanal verileri; TMDB’ye kişisel veri gönderilmez.
• RevenueCat ve uygulama mağazaları — Pro aboneliğinin yönetimi (anonim kullanıcı kimliği ve satın alma durumu).
• İsteğe bağlı: Sentry (hata izleme) ve Resend (haftalık e-posta özeti, yalnızca açtıysanız).

5. Saklama süresi

Hesap verileriniz hesabınız açık kaldığı sürece saklanır. Gönderilmiş veya başarısız bildirim kayıtları 30 gün, analitik olaylar 180 gün, kimsenin izlemediği eski bölüm kayıtları 365 gün sonra otomatik silinir. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde tüm kişisel verileriniz derhal ve kalıcı olarak silinir.

6. Haklarınız ve hesap silme

Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, taşıma ve silme hakkına sahipsiniz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulamadaki Profil ekranından veya web sitesindeki Hesabım sayfasındaki “Hesabı sil” düğmesiyle silebilirsiniz; bu işlem geri alınamaz. Bildirimleri ve e-posta özetini aynı sayfalardan kapatabilirsiniz.

7. Çocuklar

Hizmet 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.

8. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama veya web sitesi üzerinden duyururuz.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains which personal data the Dizi Takvimi mobile app and website (together, the “Service”) collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. By using the Service you accept this policy.

2. Data we collect

We only collect what is needed to run the Service:

• Account data: the e-mail address, display name and (if any) avatar provided by your sign-in provider (Google, Apple, Facebook).
• Device data: timezone, language and country preference (used for notification timing and content language).
• Push notification token: only if you enable notifications, so we can deliver them through the Expo Push service.
• Usage data: the shows you subscribe to, the genres/countries/people/networks you follow, episodes you mark as watched and your reactions, notification preferences and your personal calendar link.
• Technical logs: short-lived, non-identifying request and error logs used for debugging.

3. How we use data

We use your data to build your calendar, send episode and new-show notifications, serve your personal calendar (ICS) feed, verify your Pro subscription and keep the Service secure and working. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Processors

The Service relies on the following infrastructure providers, each of which only accesses the data required to perform its role:

• Supabase — database, authentication and server functions (account and usage data).
• Vercel — website hosting and the TMDB proxy (IP address and request logs).
• Expo Push Notifications — delivery of mobile notifications (push token).
• TMDB (The Movie Database) — show, episode, person and network data; no personal data is sent to TMDB.
• RevenueCat and the app stores — management of the Pro subscription (anonymous app user id and purchase status).
• Optional: Sentry (error monitoring) and Resend (weekly e-mail digest, only if you opt in).

5. Retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Sent or failed notification records are deleted after 30 days, analytics events after 180 days and stale episode records nobody has watched after 365 days. When you delete your account all of your personal data is removed immediately and permanently.

6. Your rights and account deletion

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app or the “Delete account” button on the website’s Account page; this cannot be undone. Notifications and the e-mail digest can be switched off from the same pages.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the app or on the website.
